3rd World Psoriasis Day

Patients afflicted with psoriasis recently celebrated the 3 rd World Psoriasis Day on Sunday, October 28, 2007 at the Raja Solayman Plaza , Malate, Manila . Psoriasis patients were supported by their families, doctors from the Philippine Dermatological Society and doctors from different dermatology training institutions in a fun walk activity along the stretch of Roxas Boulevard . This year's celebration was done simultaneously in different major cities in the country such as Baguio City , Davao , Cebu and Iloilo . Special recognition is given to Dr. Renzo Sen and Mr. Ogie Cruz for the success of the HUG ME campaign. Similarly, the combined efforts of the following groups: PsorPhil, Natiional Support for Psoriasis Patients, Inc. (NSAPP) and other various organizations made this day truly an event to remember.
