In the afternoon of May 24, 2017, the Makati Medical Center Department of Dermatology hosted its Continuing Medical Education Course at their home base with the event entitled, Immunodermatology and Legal Medicine : Coup d’etat of the Skin and How to Avoid Lawsuits in Dermatologic Practice.
PDS SOUTHERN LUZON CHAPTER kicks off 2017 LEAP activities
The brainchild of our president, Dr. Maria Angela Lavadia, the PDS Life Enhancement Action Program (LEAP), kicked off this April 21st with the Southern Luzon Chapter (SLC) spearheading the activity at Seda Hotel in Nuvali, Sta. Rosa. It was clearly the most attended activity by the SLC with 83 attendees from the various provinces of the region.

The East Avenue Medical Center Department of Dermatology, in cooperation with the Philippine Dermatological Society Laser Subspecialty Core group hosted the April’s Continuing Medical Education (CME) entitled, “Stay Connected: Transcending Boundaries in Health Systems” last April 26, 2017 at the Nathan Hall of GSK Headquarters, Makati City. In line with the 25th Anniversary of the department, the theme was blue and silver.
